FSB Premier "All-Star" Abby Sears: Capturing All Life's Little Moments

In life, it's important to notice all the little moments. The smiling faces of sisters captured in a randomly snapped photo, a weekend date out on a lush golf course, sunny days spent traveling. Abby Sears works extremely hard for both her family and her career, and the smiling results show the rewards of a life well-crafted.

You know Abby Sears as an ALL-STAR private banking manager here at FSB. However, you may not know she is the Treasury Management Officer at our sister company Farmers State Bank and she navigates the bridge between Farmers State and Premier quite nicely as an expert in all things banking. 

Abby and her husband Drew are quite busy spending most of their time raising their two daughters, Livia (8) and Emme (4). Together, the four of them chase around their two energetic dogs, Gus the husky and Pixie the Cock-a-Chon (cocker spaniel - bichon frise). They also travel anytime they can. Especially anywhere warm! Recently the family went to San Diego, and the weather that trip was perfect. Abby's favorite travel memory is Disney with the kids - it was chaotic, but they really enjoyed it. Europe is still on her travel bucket list.

Philanthropy is also important to Abby, which is why she volunteers a lot in our local community and is currently the Board President for the House of Hope in Waterloo.

An active weekend is typical for Abby, so you'll often see her out golfing with Drew and on family bike rides to Singlespeed or Mulligans. She likes to wind down a busy weekend with a nice glass of wine, particularly a Cabernet or Chardonnay.

Let's remember each of life's little moments. Blue skies and sunny days with family and friends, fresh cut grass and the laughter of kids playing outdoors, hearing a favorite song play that you haven't heard in years. Time certainly flies by and another summer has nearly come and gone, so let's remember the things that made us smile. After all, it's often the little moments that make life big.
